When stopping the capture, the data from the walk is lost and the camera continues to record.
This was a known issue in TwinCapture 2.4.15, and was resolved with release 2.5.xx. It's recommended to update TwinCapture to the latest available version.
Check the App Version:
- Open TwinCapture and tap the Settings Cog in the top right
- The App Version is visible below Manage App Storage
Update TwinCapture:
If the TwinCapture app is out of date, a prompt to update should appear the next time the app is started. If this is not the case, or the option to not update was selected, it can be updated manually as below.
- Open the relevant App Store on your mobile device
- Search for TwinCapture and select it
- Tap Update, or Download
