What happens if I capture imagery with an unsupported camera or mobile device?
The capture might not be processed. If it is processed, the results might be sub-optimal & require a re-capture of the site.
Hardware compatibility should be confirmed before capturing a site. See the recommended camera model link above
What Mobile Devices does TwinCapture support?
TwinCapture works with device running:
iOS 14.1 or higher
Android OS 10 or higher

What computer OS and web browser/s does Cupix support?
Our Desktop applications, Cupix Connect, and SiteView Offline Viewer are available on Mac OS and Windows 10/11.
The Cupix Platform including CupixWorks, SiteView, SiteInsights, support all major web browsers, such as, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, etc.
